Remote chat sales jobs in Thailand
Remote, full-time, one fixed eight-hour shift a day. The window names are written from UTC rather than from a Thai clock, which is the thing to check before you choose one.
Thailand is a smaller part of our hiring than its neighbours. The written English bar is B2 and it is applied the same way in every country, so if your written English is there the rest of this page is worth your time. If it is not, no amount of shift arithmetic helps.
The work is handling direct messages for creators on OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue. The conversations are flirty and explicit and you write them on the creator's behalf. You must be 18 or over and it is verified before you reach live conversations.
No previous chatting experience is needed and most people we hire have never done it. Training runs three weeks before you touch a live inbox, then supervised shifts, then your own.
What the pay is worth in Thailand
A full-time schedule starts from $1,500 a month.
That floor is above the Thai median monthly wage and well above the daily minimum wage rate. Bangkok costs are the country's highest, so the margin is narrower there than in the provinces.
The base is hourly and paid for every hour on shift. Commission on what your conversations bring in sits on top and is the part that separates a good month from an average one.
How you actually get paid in Thailand
- Wise pays baht into Thai bank accounts. The account name has to match your own name, which is worth checking before your first payout rather than after.
- Payoneer supports Thailand and withdraws to a local account.
- Plain international bank transfer works and costs more.
Payment rails change, and the ones above are what works today rather than a promise. Confirm your own route with the provider before your first payout. Your payout method and cycle are agreed in writing before you start.
What we need from you
The same list wherever you apply from. Nothing here is negotiable by country.
- 18 or over. This is non-negotiable and verified before you reach live conversations.
- Comfortable writing mature, adult-themed conversation on behalf of creators on 18+ subscription platforms.
- Written English at B2 or above: natural, quick, and able to carry a tone.
- A computer (not a phone), a stable internet connection, and a quiet place to work a full shift.
- Available for one fixed 8-hour shift per day, six days a week.
- Reliable. Turning up on time matters more here than being the fastest typist.
Working this job from Thailand
The practical parts that decide whether a shift here holds together.
- A computer, not a phone. The application asks for a photo of your setup.
- A stable home connection, not mobile data. Eight hours of live conversation does not survive a connection that drops.
- Three written questions, answered by you. Every one is read by a person and how it was typed is measured.
We hire from 12 countries
The role is the same everywhere. The shift that fits, what the pay is worth locally and how the money reaches you are not.
