Chat managementOnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue

Your fans are already writing. Somebody should answer.

We run the direct messages for creators and agencies on 18+ subscription platforms. Our chatters are hired, trained and supervised in house. They cover every hour of the day, they write the way you write, and you see the numbers afterwards.

What we run

One job, four parts.

Nobody needs another dashboard. What creators are short of is a reliable person in the inbox at three in the morning who sounds exactly like them.

  1. 01

    Cover every hour

Three shifts pass the inbox between them, so nothing waits overnight or sits through a weekend. The fan who writes at three in the morning gets the same answer speed as the one who writes at lunchtime, because somebody is genuinely on shift at three in the morning.

Measured by: median time to first reply

  2. 02

    Sell without sounding like selling

Before anyone sends a word, they read how you write. Your openers, your jokes, the things you would never say. Offers then land inside a conversation the fan was already enjoying, instead of arriving like an advert somebody dropped into it.

Measured by: unlock rate on what we send

  3. 03

Keep the fans who already paid

A spender who bought once and drifted is worth more than the next stranger, and costs nothing to reach. We sort fans by what they have actually done, then give the quiet ones a reason to come back rather than the same blast everyone else got.

Measured by: repeat spend per fan, month on month

  4. 04

    Show you the numbers

Reply times, what went out, what converted, what each shift did. You are handing us the most personal channel you own. The only honest way to earn that is to leave the books open.

Measured by: your own reporting, not our screenshots

Coverage

The night shift is the whole argument.

Anyone can answer messages at two in the afternoon. The message that decides whether a fan stays subscribed arrives at three in the morning, and it does not wait politely for an inbox to open. It goes cold, or it goes to somebody else.

So we staff the hour nobody wants. Three eight-hour shifts, a live handover between each one, and a supervisor who can see the queue at any point on that ring.

  • Shift A08:00 – 16:00Daytime. The busiest hours, and the easiest to staff.
  • Shift B16:00 – 00:00Evening. When most subscribers actually open the app.
  • Shift C00:00 – 08:00Overnight. The shift almost nobody else runs.
0006121824hno dark hours
Shifts overlap at every handover, so the inbox is never between owners.

Nobody unsubscribes over one slow reply. They leave when the fourth one tells them there was never anybody there.

Why it matters

The same night, with and without somebody on shift.

Nothing dramatic happens when an inbox goes unstaffed. A fan writes, waits, feels a bit stupid for waiting, and quietly stops writing. It never shows up as an incident. It shows up as a number that gets worse every month.

Unstaffed

One message, answered the next morning.

  • 23:41

    hey, you still up?

  • 23:52

    was gonna ask you something

8h 12mnobody in the inbox
  • 08:04

    hey! sorry, just seeing this

  • (he never wrote back)

Cancelled before the next renewal.

Staffed

Answered in under a minute, by the night shift.

  • 23:41

    hey, you still up?

  • 23:42

just got in. what did you want to ask?

  • 23:44

    haha ok so

  • 23:58

made you something earlier, want to see?

  • 00:03

    obviously

Still subscribed. Still spending.

An illustration of the shape of the problem, not a case study. The column that matters is the clock.

How we start

Three steps, and you can stop reading after the first one.

The review is the whole pitch. If what comes back does not tell you something about your own inbox that you did not already know, there is no reason to go further.

  1. 01

    Account review

    You

Show us the inbox as it runs today.

    Us

We read how the messages are being handled, where replies are being lost, and what we would do differently. You get that back in writing whether or not you work with us.

  2. 02

    Voice and limits

    You

Tell us where the line is.

    Us

We learn how you write from your own messages. Your openers, your humour, the things you never say. Then we agree the offers, the prices and the hard limits with you. Nothing goes out before you have signed it off.

  3. 03

    One shift, then the clock

    You

    Watch the first week.

    Us

We start by covering a single shift so the difference is measurable against the ones we are not running yet. We widen to full coverage when the numbers hold, not before.

Who does the work

The chatters are ours.

Not a marketplace, not a rotating pool of freelancers who found the listing yesterday. We recruit them, we train them, we pay them, and a supervisor is responsible for what they send.

Running chat teams

It is the expensive way to do this, and it is the only version that survives contact with a fan who has been subscribed for two years and can tell instantly when the person on the other end has changed.

  1. 01

    Applied in writing

Three written answers, typed not pasted. We measure how each answer was produced, because the job is writing and a borrowed paragraph tells us nothing.

  2. 02

    Screened by a person

Every application is read. We are looking for someone who can hold a conversation and hear what is actually being asked, not for a CV.

  3. 03

    Trained before going live

Platform, tone, boundaries, and the specific creator they will write for. Nobody reaches a real inbox on their first day.

  4. 04

    Supervised on shift

A supervisor watches the queue, spot-reads conversations and steps in. Quality is checked while it can still be fixed, not in a monthly review.

FAQ

What creators ask before they hand over the inbox.

If yours is not here, write to careers@sentryq.com. A person answers it.

Who do you work with?

Creators and agencies on 18+ subscription platforms: OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, LoyalFans and FanCentro. It works best where messages are already arriving steadily. If the inbox is quiet, the problem is traffic, and chat coverage will not fix it.

Are your chatters employees or freelancers found per job?

Ours. We recruit, train, pay and supervise 120 chat specialists directly, and a supervisor is accountable for what goes out on each shift. We do not resell a marketplace, and nobody reaches a live inbox before they have been trained on the platform and on the specific creator.

How do you keep it sounding like me?

We read your existing messages before we write a single one. How you open, the jokes you make, the words you never use. Then we agree the hard limits in writing. You sign off on the voice, the offers and the prices before the first shift, and you can change any of them at any point.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many hours you want covered and how much volume arrives, so we quote after the account review rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most accounts. The review itself is what tells us both whether the maths works.

How quickly can you start?

Faster than most people expect, but we will not promise a date before we have seen the account. Learning a voice properly is the part that takes the time, and rushing it is how a fan notices the person on the other end changed.

What access do you need?

Enough to work the inbox on the platforms you want covered, and nothing beyond it. Access is per person and revocable, it is removed when someone leaves a shift rotation for good, and payouts and banking are never part of it.

Do you handle the content as well?

No. We run the conversations and tell you what fans are asking for: which requests keep coming up, what sells, what falls flat. Shooting and publishing stay with you, or with whoever already does them.

How do we start?

Write to careers@sentryq.com with the platforms you are on, roughly how many messages a day arrive and who answers them now. That is enough for the account review, and the review is what the decision is made on.

Come and write for us.

We hire the people who do this work, we train them, and we pay them from day one. No experience in this industry needed. The application takes about ten minutes and a person reads every one.

Replies Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00 CET.

Running an account?

Send us one account and you get a written read of how the inbox is running today and what we would change, in your hands either way. Tell us which platforms it is on, roughly how many messages a day arrive and who answers them now, and which hours are uncovered. A rough guess is fine.
