FAQ
Questions we get before people apply.
If yours is not here, write to us. We answer every one.
Do I need previous chatting experience?
No. Most of the people we hire have never done this before. Prior experience in sales, customer service, community moderation or social media helps, but what we actually screen for is whether you can hold a conversation in writing and read what someone is really asking for. Everything else is trained.
What English level do I need?
B2 or above. You need to write naturally, catch tone, and be funny or warm on purpose rather than by accident. Perfect grammar is not the bar. Sounding like a real person having a good conversation is.
Is this really adult content?
Yes. Our creators publish on 18+ subscription platforms, and the conversations are flirty and explicit. You will be writing that content on their behalf. We say so up front because there is no version of this job where that is a surprise later.
Do I have to be over 18?
Yes, and it is not negotiable. You confirm your date of birth when you apply and we verify age before you ever reach live conversations. Applications from anyone under 18 are rejected outright.
Is there a part-time option?
Not at the moment. Shifts are eight hours and the inbox is handed between chatters, so a half-covered shift leaves a gap that lands on someone else. If your availability changes later, talk to your supervisor. We would rather move your window than lose you.
What equipment do I need?
A computer (not a phone), a stable internet connection, and somewhere quiet enough to concentrate for a full shift. You will be asked about your setup when you apply, including a photo of your workspace. That photo is the fastest way for us to see the basics are there.
How long does the application take, and when do I hear back?
About ten minutes. There are three written questions and we ask you to answer them yourself. Every answer is read by a person, and pasted or AI-generated text is detected and disqualified. You will get a decision within 3-5 business days.
Why do you check how I write my answers?
Because the job is writing. We measure how each answer was produced: whether it was typed or pasted, how long it took, how it was edited. A large paste or an impossible typing speed gets flagged. A short honest answer always beats a polished one you did not write.
What if I am not selected?
We keep your application on file and tell you so. Roles open regularly, and people we turned down once have been hired on a second application. A rejection here is about fit at the time. It is not a permanent no.
